What is motherhood? I am finally facing this question head on.

When we age, the more important things should remain - your zest for life and your enjoyment of life.

Most often than not, we project what we are currently feeling, or sometimes, we project how we see ourselves onto others

Have you ever felt so small, helpless or insignificant? I have, but now I always remind myself that I have the power to create change

I'm a firm believer of celebrating milestones or small wins. These "small wins" include gaining new realizations and learnings

Physical well-being is largely affected by your mental well-being. This is why living a stress-free, happy life is the way to go.

Don't be bothered by other people's judgements. They don't know you

I should find my own happiness and not rely on, or attach my happiness to others

When you're feeling small, focus on your strengths to help you overcome self-doubt

Your thoughts and words have great power. What you think and say will determine what you see and feel in life.

Guard your peace. It can be a challenge, an every day, every minute, every second conscious decision you have to make, but it's so worth it.

I try to accept these - my past, my present, my possible future, my likes & dislikes, my habits & beliefs, and say these make up who I am

They are who they are, and you are you. Let's embrace who we are and never be sorry for being ourselves.

Go out there and just be who you are without caring about what other people will think. Go be your life's very own star

I always try to remind myself that as long as I decide to be happy, I will be happy, no matter what comes my way

No matter how unpleasant the world around us may be at some point, we should simply look inside ourselves and harness our inner light.

Be it with family, a partner, friends or work, you are who you are. Don't tell yourself you're a different person in different circumstances

We try to be like others, or the idea of the perfect self, and try to hide our real selves. This hinders us from living freely and happily.

When God closes a door, don't look for a window. Look for they key.. because He gave it to you.

If you believe in something, live it. Don't let anyone or anything stop you from living how you want to.
